I frequent Costa very regularly but today the tea was so weak my Mum of 95 asked for an extra teabag and was refused unless she paid £2.95!!!!! We got told that the staff don't make the rules and they were rude and very unhelpful....I might take my business elsewhere as there are plenty of coffee shops in this area.

We come to Costa daily and if it wasn't for the staff I wouldn't come. They work so hard and if I open a business I would snap them up as they constantly graft all day. Sarah, Rachel, Chelsea, Evie,Zoe, Adam, Macauley and John always make it a pleasant experience and Costa are extremely lucky having these lovely people onboard🙌🏼 …
Very large queue saw x5 members of staff in the building and they can't even deal with it. X1 doesn't need to concentrate on table clearing all the time. There is multi tasking. When the queues get bigger go behind the counter and help with the rest of the team. Not nice with dogs in here too
The staff are very friendly, great service and good choice of food and drinks. The christmas blackforrest hot chocolate is delicious. It's fairly expensive but the quality is good. Seating can be fairly limited. There is plenty of outdoor seating though not too comfortable at this time of year. Will definitely go again.
Absolutely smashing staff, they are incredible with customer service, and the coffee is always incredible and made amazing. Beautiful latte art, and quick too!
Always great place to go, never ever had any issues
