We placed an online order to pick up and the service was horrible. Our order was supposed to be ready at noon and we had to wait for 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I understand that it was busy but if they were going to be late they could’ve at least put the right donuts in our order. My grandma wanted certain donuts for Mother’s Day and we didn’t get them. The donuts were also just messily thrown in the box. We couldn’t stop to complain because we were now late to our plans because we had to wait so long.

For as much as we love Krispy Kreme Hot Fresh glazed donuts, it was a disappointing experience today.
Hot Doughnut sigh on usually equals long lines, I can understand and respect that.
Slim pickings on assorted doughnuts selections.
The lady taking our doughnut order was distracted while folks were ordering doughnuts and you could here folks repeating. She was rude and it was disappointing.
On our turn we were smiling and being friendly hoping it would be contagious, it was not.
We had to stand in a separate line to make our way to the cashier, once we got there our doughnut order was wrong and it was corrected by the super friendly cashier.
The fresh hot glazed doughnuts were mouth watering good.

Wow. Always yum. Always fresh. Hot Now glazed is the BOMB anytime. I think I had my daily calorie intake in 10 minutes. Donuts go down better with chocolate milk too. Drive through or pickup inside. Location is easy to access just off 120th avenue in the same area as super Target. Lots of parking.

Don't waste your gas. The drive thru and lobby are both closed. The doors are locked and traffic cones are blocking the entrances. I called and they said they were behind and don't know when they'll be open again. They need to at least take their hours down and put a sign on the door, explaining.

This photo shows this store TODAY. There is just a sign blocking access into the parking lot. While sitting here I have seen an employee walk out with a box full of Krispy Kreme donuts. This is the second time in the last 2 months that I have been here and this is happened. What is going on, this is ridiculous. I'm sure they have signs above their doors that save these doors must remain unlocked during business hours. Looks to me like there's people in here that don't even want to work. There's four cars in the parking lot. WHAT IS THE REASON THAT THEY ARE CLOSED???????

Went to the drive-thru and asked for a large vanilla iced coffee. Waited a bit to get up to the window and the person asked if I was getting the two dozen donuts, which I assume was for the truck in front of me that drove off. I said no, I ordered the large vanilla iced coffee and they said, "I'll just hand you the coffee, this is on the house"
And then she handed me a tea? That was warm but had ice in it? I was so confused, I just took it and left and I'm not sure what just happened

The staff is seriously so nice every time we go here. We don't go super often but when we do they're the most respectful polite humans. Not to mention they seem respectful to each other. My kids love the donuts. Thanks for kindness, especially the two working today! You made my kids morning. We had a rough day, and y'all brought smiles to both of us. Thanks so much!

Very disappointed about my experience! I had gone through the drive thru with a mobile order like the sign had said and one of the workers, an older gentleman with a ball cap and glasses was very rude and snappy as he had yelled at us that the store was closed and when I had told him that I had a mobil order he said very rudely that all online orders were canceled. Very unprofessional!! Krispy Kreme you have officially lost my business from this experience. If I could give zero stars I would.
