We order from here a lot. This is is the first time we have had a really bad experience. We ordered 3 pizzas. 2 were burned. All of them most of the toppings were dropped in one spot on the pizza. There was very little sauce on all of the pizzas. The website offered 49% off all pizzas for curbside delivery between 4 and 9 PM and the website didn't honor it. We weren't going to say anything but due to the pizzas being made poorly we wanted to call the store. My husband called and this bad experience continued. The woman offered a credit for the pizzas but told us their franchise doesn't support the 49% off deal. The woman who answered refused to give her name, refused to provide the managers name or when we could contact them. My husband asked to speak with a shift lead and at first she refused to let us or even give their name. Eventually we talked with Lisa, shift lead, who said it is protocol to not provide that information. We advised that most businesses will provide a managers first name and the time to reach them. She refused and offered to make our order again. We decided against this as we felt the crew working tonight were acting sketchy. She finally stated the manager would be in tomorrow, and when asked for a time, she stated 'we open at 9.' We asked again for a name and got Jeremy. I recorded some of this conversation because I just couldn't believe the poor customer service. We have spent a lot here guess we'll find a new pizza place.

The food is not fresh at all, what’s a pizza that’s dry, no fresh ingredients, and tasteless? My phone makes the quality look good but it is not good at all. Domino is not in my list to go any more, although there tracker and time is persistent but their food is not good or fresh. The chicken Alfredo was okay, still dry. No sauce given for pizza. They forgot my salad I ordered and all the website has to offer was points or a discount… there was a number too but who has time to call for a salad that cos 8 bucks and tip 15% ? Which was 10 bucks more. No call or apology?

Clearly overwhelmed with little to no staff. We called to check order status on a delivery that was over an hour with no updates. Devin answered and explained he was backed up on orders d/t very limited staff. He graciously offered to cancel our order. My son told him him no problem we can wait and we understand. We got our order after about 2 hours and it was hot and fresh. Then we got a coupon for a free pizza at a later date. Please give the employees at these restaurants a break they are doing the best they can. Thank you to Devin for sticking it out and I hope you are getting paid well for your customer service.

Dominoes has always been my first choice, especially because they're generally open later than the others. I came in after working late, and was worried it would be too late to order, but when I logged into the site, it was such a relief to see that as long as I placed the order before midnight I would be able to have it delivered. I placed my order with plenty of time to beat the clock and thought how great this was. What a nice feeling. How cool is this? However, moments later the order was canceled and obviously by the employees working tonight. What a disappointment it was to see not only that it was canceled but clearly it was done by someone that forgot what the online site said about the hours.
Anyway thanks guys. It was a good feeling.

I ordered aDominos pizza and received a free pizza however it looks like someone pulled off a piece. I called the manager and he said it must have gotten stuck to the pan, basically said why was I complaining for a free pizza. Why would I want a pizza that someone took a piece off. Not ordering here again.

My cheese steak was skimped on horribly, My buffalo wing were covered in cheese not buffalo. They would not answer the phone to address these issues.

When you order a sandwich and you literally need to pull stuff from the fridge because otherwise you are eating mostly plain bread.
The other half had about the same amount or less and I feel like someone literally dumped the salt shaker in the bread/meat.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I placed an order and the address was entered incorrectly. I'm not sure of I did it or it was just an error either way they redelivered me fresh pizzas very quickly..everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful. 10 out of 10 stars
