Burger King

Overall staff was reasonably nice, however the way the place is kept isnt where it should be in my opinion. My shoes stuck to the floor, there was trash everywhere, and its clear the fountain drinks haven't been replaced from being empty from all the sodas. There is also holes in the wall that need to be patched up and repaired also. However they did make the food correctly so I'll give them that the building just needs some love

F this place man! After buying 2 meals and a chicken sandwich, they have the audacity to tell me I need to pay for condiments because I didn't order chicken nuggets fml......I was only asking for one ranch for my daughter because she likes to dip her fries in them. Even after that it was like I was asking them for money when i asked if I had to pay for ketchup as well?!?! F Burger King and your trash employees!

Went through the drivethrough this evening at 8:24 p.m. placed an order for two combos. When asked for medium drinks I was instructed that they do not have medium drinks and I had to buy a large or a small. Went to the window and asked about the large drinks being charged for the medium size instead of the large. Was immediately met with rudeness inappropriate behavior by the associate that took our order. As for the manager. Manager came and was just as rude and unresponsive to our request. The associate replied to us when asked for a regional manager to eff off. Asked for the manager again, the manager returned to the window and said please leave my driveway and close the window. Manager refused to give us the regional managers number, give us a receipt replied to us when asked for a regional manager to eff off. As for the manager again the manager returned to the window and said please leave. Manager did not provide a receipt nor contact information for the regional manager when requested. Would not recommend this Burger King to anyone

So a week ago I was told the the DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER had two slices on now because I tried ordering another slice and there like you want three slices and I said uh no but I thought it was only one they said no it had recently changed this was at the location on 104th and federal lol I was at kings and decided to grab a burger at one on 104th and Washington they proceeded to tell me the receipt hasn’t changed it still one slice and laughed at me when there heard my frustration the continued to laugh! I’ll be in the next few days or until I can speak with general manager and if they don’t care of there employees I’ll go to headquarters the disrespect from this tennagers are ridiculous and I know there faces made sure to get good look before I left upset and disrespected
