Subway

I drive by this subway every morning, for the past 8 weeks they have not had eggs. I call the phone number to ask before I stop by. Why offer breakfast if you will never order eggs!? Just a quick tidbit, they open at 8:00 a.m. not 9:00 a.m. as well. Breakfast is not going away, order your eggs please.

It took 30 mins to just get a sandwich from this location. There was a long line out the door & only 3 employees were working it along with many to go orders as well. Managment was no where to be found. Also, after waiting 30 mins with no one else behind me, you would think that employees would want to take my order after seeing me wait so long. Yet again, 3 to go orders were made first before I could even order at all. With people restless to be out again and it being a weekend, you would think managment would have prepared for that to have more staff to handle it.

I went here after the remodel and the place looks amazing! I really cannot believe how nice and new age the place looks. The food was very fresh. However, my wife got a flat bread and the bread was very under-cooked. The rest of the meal was good though. Also the screens that the menus are on were flickering and very tough to read. Watching it was kind of funny since it would violently shake before switching to another slide. This was one of the first properly staffed subways i have been into too. usually most subways i visit are very understaffed and typically being ran by a single person. Overall the food was very fresh and good. The dining area was clean. With the exception of the doughy flat bread everything was very good.

Got it delivered through uber and one of the sandwiches was just supposed to be steak and cheese but came with all the toppings for the second sandwich. Also paid extra for deluxe and was definitely not deluxe even though the manager argued that it was. The receipt says what I ordered but obviously just steak and cheese is too hard

My family ordered a party sub and picked it up today. There was no meat in it. Just veggies. When I called to let them know, the guy who answered the phone was super rude and basically said they didn't have an order for the name I gave them. Um okay. We had just picked it up at this location 2 hours ago. My brother just went ahead and brought the whole sub back to show them their mistake.My brother said that when he got there, they told him that "he should have called them"....Really?! We just did! I'm sorry but If I could give 0 stars, I would.
