Taco Bell

I've never in my life experienced such bad customer service. Or had someone mess up an order 3 times in a row. They even had the audacity to get upset. Even though they messed up the order. We were patient and nice about it. I will be calling and talking to someone higher up about this issue. Close the store if you can't stay open. Or even have good employees.! We ordered 3 Doritos locos tacos with beef, chipotle chicken melt. We ended up with chicken Doritos Locos tacos. And a 5 layer burrito. This was after they already messed up twice.

Wow how bad do you have to be to not get anything right ?? First I was told no chulpas that's cool stuff happens I get it. Then I order a number 6 was told no tomato or sour cream. Ok sure .... I have no clue what I got but it wasn't a number 6 take a look at the picture. Where's the meat.?!.!? I've worked fast food it's not that hard. (OK maybe at times) but I was the only one in the drive thru. Horrible

Horrible product at 120th and Colo Blvd. Drive thru employee in too much of a hurry for only seven tacos and burrito supreme spicy. The burrito supreme is more likely a tortilla with a smear of beans. The taco supreme are broken no tomatoes. They are out of Mexican Pizza for two weeks. Normally they have good service and product. Paid for extra cheese... can't find it or any of the other innerds. Money is tight for everyone don't waste it.

As a door dash driver, avoid this tacobell location because management is horrible and they don't care about their customers. Im planning on calling management to be a Karen but they deserve it. They blatantly looked at me when the door was locked after I showed them my door dash. The manager that was working was very rude and made me wanna turn into Will Smith for a second.

Highly disappointed and upset, waited over 25mins for my order thru drive thru, to get skimped on my food and everything. I literally left the drive thru, made it to tha light, decided I wanted to eat one of my fries, as I felt the container it felt kinda emptied already, so I looked in the bag and it was pretty much not even half an order of fries. My tacos came out wrong, and everything is cold WOW HAHA how did I wait so long for cold food?!

No doubt this Taco Bell can be very popular at times. But the staff is diligent, and always on top of the next order. Long lines move fairly quickly, and the staff is always spot on with orders. I have never had any issues with my food, and everything is well packed in the bag. This is a Taco 🔔 is a cut above the rest 😋

I need a refund. I paid for my food but did not get a chance to pick it up. The lobby was locked and there was a line around the building. I went to the door to show them my mobile order but I was informed I would still have to wait in line for my food that was already prepared and paid for. This never happens when I order from McDonald's . This is extremely disappointing and false advertisement on taco bell's behalf. When people order via mobile pick up they do not want to wait in an obnoxious drive thru line for their food. (This location specifically states "dine-in" on their app that's why I picked this location) I also tried to call the store to ask if they'd run it outside for me but the phone was disconnected. I will not be eating at taco bell for a very long time. Once more I NEED MY REFUND!

Waiting half an hour in a drive through for a messed up order is unacceptable. I don't care if they're understaffed, because one oerson could make tacos faster than this. It's not the most difficult job in the world, and it shouldn't take this long. I ended up going inside, because my car hadn't moved in 15 minutes. I go inside, and look at the drive through screen, and the car that wad at the window had been there for 13 minutes. I then counted the staff. They had 9 people in the kitchen. I personally wouldn't call that understaffed, especially enough to justify the wait.
