Dunkin'

This is the best ran fast food restaurant out there. Whoever the manager is that provides leadership knows what they're doing! The staff actually likes their job. They like to be there, they're happy, they're pleasant, they're easy to deal with, the order is always correct, order is always on time. If I was to give them one of my secret shopper reviews that I do for companies I'd give them a 100 out of 100. My suggestion is emulate all the things that are being done correctly at this location and train all your other locations to operate exactly like this one does. This should be your model store for other locations to see how a properly ran business actually works.

I've been going to this dunkin since I moved from New England. In fact I based my apartment location around a dunkin donuts just to stay close to a feeling of home. And holy hell do these employees do that. I know all of their smiling and kind faces, yet I don't know their names. I know I've asked and they've told me but it's always so hard to remember things before I've had my tea. The crew knows my voice, knows my order, and are on top of their game 100% of the time. In times like these, I hope they get enough time for good breaks and feel comfortable in their job. Working food service is never easy, but these guys always bring their best. To the people that run this joint, I hope you're paying these guys well. Through thick and thin these guys ALWAYS say hello and make my morning just a bit better. Fast walk-in/carry out service! Food cooked perfectly (not burnt) and (this is the BIGGEST), the woman who handed me my breakfast sandwich SAID “THANK YOU”! 😳😳😳 The only reason I didn’t give 5-⭐️ Is because the guy taking the orders didn’t say “Please” or “thank you” once I paid for my order. Maybe next time 💁🏻‍♂️

The employee who assisted me was new, I believe, but he did a good job. It was the shorter employee he consulted with who exhibited the condescending attitude. After I initially described what I wanted, he rolled his eyes at another employee, as if to imply that I was somehow asking for special treatment or consideration.

We went around 9:30-10am this morning we ordered sausage egg sandwiches on crescents very disappointed to take a bite the crescent was falling apart tasted like it had been in the wrapper for days very old tasting. I'm not sure how that is possible to serve less than quality knowing in these days social media is huge! I'm very saddened when the service is poor food is awful! Everywhere I've been lately asking if they have any specials to hear no they're all gone and the prices are ridiculously high! Sorry people at this location for the bad review but our money comes hard earned to get bad food and pay high prices
