I have visited the Fish Hoose 3 times since they opened. It is by far the best Fish and Chips in the area.
As others have said the fish melts in your mouth . It is fresh and the batter is second to none.
I wish The owner and staff every success and would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone.
After seeing a recommendation for the Fish Hoose on Facebook recently I decided to try it for myself and have been back for a second time already! The quality of food from the menu is excellent (especially the chips, they're so tasty) and the portion sizes are perfect. I enjoy sitting in as the food is served fresh and piping hot, the seating area is always spotless and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I don't live locally but will always find an excuse to take a detour to Thornton, they're the best by miles!!!
Fish & chips were excellent & the place looks great. Hot, fresh, tasty food, lovely light coloured crispy batter, chips were great, crisp outside and fluffy inside, onion rings were spot on too. If you're in Thornton & feel like a fish supper call in to the fish hoose
The food was absolutely delicious. We placed a large order and everything was freshly made and cooked to perfection. Served by Arran and he was very helpful.
Was happy with the food and the service was quick which was great seen as i was late and needed a bite to eat, overall very impressed

Great food and helpful staff. If going to collect don't bother ordering online, it costs extra, I had to wait 10 minutes(?), and the man had to disassemble my order to add S&V as the option is not available on the website.
