Warm and inviting pub with good selection of ales and excellent warm pork scratchings. My husband and I both had the steak pie and it’s one of the best we’ve ever had, stuffed full of rich and tender beef with crisp, buttery pastry. The prices are also extremely reasonable!

We stopped there on the way back from Kings Lynn to Preston. Service was lovely. Food was great got a photo of the pudding but couldn't resist the main which was ham egg and proper chips. Portion sizes was great would highly recommend. Will go back if we get the chance worth the detour.
