What a charming little place! I have rarely seen such a nice cafe in such a touristy location. I had a cappuccino with a scone, and both were delicious! The friendly and cheerful service was the icing on the cake. Definitely worth a visit and a great place to cool off after the steep climb from the castle.

These were By Far the best scones I've had in a long long time!!!!!! Definitely worth a visit, I had one cream tea and brought an extra 5 scones back home with me! Staff were so lovely and friendly, couldn't do more for my 7 year old who found the sorbet on come challenging because they had given him the hugest one scoop ever! Prices were extremely reasonable and all offerings are homemade. (This scone tasted extra delish for some reason, and I'vehad a lot of cream teas). Please go there and have the cream tea, you won't regret it, and probably bring home takeaway too!

We had the most delicious lunch here. Cornish pasties with salad which was beautiful. They have an array of homemade desserts. Chose the Carmel shortbread and scones. Best scones we have had! Highly recommend. Also had milkshake which were yummy. Staff are lovely and welcoming.

Very friendly staff, felt immediately welcome. Cafe was full due to bad weather, but we were served very quickly. The cream tea was fantastic, these scones were fluffy and delicious, not dry or crumbly. The portion was huge and therefore 7,5 pounds was a very fair price. Left with a smile on my face :)

The cafe was very pretty. The flatjack and brownie was delicious. The girls were very friendly and smiley. The coffees and the hot chocolates we ordered were very delicious with cream and marshmellows. Also the bathroom was very clean and tidy. Very recommended, we will definately will come back!

Nice and quaint cafe. Dogs allowed indoors. Staff were so friendly and the cream scone was a great reward after walking the SW Coastal walk on a wet day. A recommended stop.

Delicious food and friendly staff, the scampi salad bowl was amazing. The salad wasn't your run of the mill lettuce leaf with a bit of tomato; it was fresh, plentiful and bursting with flavour. Everything we saw being served looked delicious. You got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were all friendly despite being busy. I highly recommend this lovely cafe.

A lovely dog friendly cafe. We went in for breakfast, very reasonably priced for very large portions sizes, lots of locally sourced foods with the sausages only coming from Boscastle. Very tasty. Also very happy to cook up a sausage for our dog to enjoy!

Wow wow wow! The customer service here we were met with was amazing. My daughter has severe allergies and we don’t expect everywhere to be able to cater for us or to be safe but the lady who served us nothing was too much trouble. The allergy matrix was on display but she was happy to check the tub for ingredients, happy to wash up a scoop and even suggested opening a new tub to avoid cross contamination. She went above and beyond not to just ensure a child’s ability to enjoy an ice cream but also their safety and for that I can not thank this place enough for. The ice cream was delicious also which helped and my daughter said was the best she had ever had! Thank you for making our day 🙂

Went last August and returned this on a trip to the castle… Food was fab and at a decent price. As important though was the team, who despite being busy were friendly and helpful. They appeared to be happy in their work(!) and there was a good vibe on both occasions, despite it being pretty packed. We had panninis which were great and a top-drawer salad which really made a difference. Thanks to all the staff for making this a great lunch stop! We’ll be back, maybe not in August next time!
