Lovely little spot on your way to the castle. The ambiance is nice and chic, they have some very comfy armchairs by the windows!
We ordered a traditional pasty, a chocolate torsades, a cloudy lemonade and an iced latte. Everything was quite nice - especially loved the cloudy lemonade which has a strong lemon flavour but is not sour!

10/10 From service to quality. We said we would wait until the scones came out the oven which didn't take long for us. Hot soft, and taste amazing good quality Jam and Cream. Didn't expect this Cornish tradition to me so nice. Highly recommended you include the strawberry milk shake with your order.

Just the recovery I needed after a night of wild camping.
I went for the cheese and onion pastry along with a strong black americano.
Honestly, I’m coming back in a couple of hours after exploring the castle!

Amazing food, really cozy atmosphere. They're card only and I only had cash but one of the staff members was nice enough to use their own card and I gave them the cash. All the pastries we tried were fresh and warm, and my husband said it's the best pasty he's ever had.

Fabulous pasties, hot and crammed full of filling! Very welcome after walking along the cliffs. The pastries looked very good too!

A lovely little coffee/snack shop. The staff all very friendly. We sat for a drink before taking away a pasty, if you like curry you definitely need to try the Spiced Cauliflower & Onion Bhaji really good. Going back to take some home with me 👍🏻
Thank you a great place and wonderful staff and food.

Familiar with the Cornish Bakery as we live near Plymouth so we thought we would visit the Tintagel outlet whilst staying in Boscastle. As always, we had lovely coffees, and Lynette and Cal were friendly and gave a fantastic service. Thank you
Point of note: we struggled to find the bakery as the sign outside is so small. Not sure how the Cornish Bakery will compete with the neighbouring bakeries in the busy summer period when it's not obvious what the place is and what it sells!!

The castle was closed when we showed up. We were able to sit and eat here while waiting for the opening. We had a traditional pasty and potato/leek/ham one. Also a great cup of tea. Everything was great, and the people behind the counter helped to keep us informed when the castle would open. Nice comfy seating.

I highly recommend this place the service is fabulous and also the food. My hubby wanted a box of cornish as he LOVES them from here.
They cooked a box of fresh for him and we collected later in the day. My daughter loves the chocolate twists.
Came all the way back to tintangle just for these.
Thank you so much have one very happy hubby

Bank Holiday Monday in Tintagel - full of people visiting the castle ruins and looking for food. I cannot recommend The Cornish Bakery enough - fresh, hot pasties the best I have ever tasted, scones with clotted cream and jam that had just the right amount of baking powder flavour to them and a coffee that hit the spot. And this is without the fantastic attitude and helpfulness of all of the staff we dealt with. Keep it up!
