Always a pleasure visiting the fisherman’s rest. Fantastic service from Robin, who was very welcoming and attentive. He really made our evening. The food was delicious as always and to top it off he poured a fabulous Guinness - my number 1 spot for a Guinness in Fareham.
Had a sunday roast with a work friend. Turkey was so lovely. Potatoes and veg were cooked perfectly ....lovely crispy roast potatoes! Staff were attentive and very welcoming. Will definitely be back!

My fish and chips was excellent; perfectly cooked - just 'set', but unfortunately my partner's chicken was overcooked and burnt, which you can see from the photo. Complained to the chef, who remarked that "it comes out from the fryer like that".
