Dunkin'

I've been to this particular DD several times in the last month or so. Don't bother with the drive thru, I have used it 5 times, every single time they got my order wrong. 1 single coffee!! Inside they have gotten it wrong 3 X's. You would think 1, hot extra lg, xtra, xtra, butter pecan coffee would be fairly easy. Nope. They have been short staffed a number of times, to me that's no excuse. I was a nurse for over 35 years, short staffed doesn't mean quality of care goes down, unacceptable. But for the price of a single coffee, you would think they could handle it. Enter at your own risk. I just noticed this morning that the post is on the wrong Dunkin Donut, the one I was speaking of is on ELMWOOD AVE. PROVIDENCE. THE DD IN TIVERTON IS EXCEPTIONAL. I travel alot and the few times I was in Tiverton everything was perfect. I would recommend them to everyone. I apologize for the mix up. When they asked for a review I was going to Providence daily.

Use to be a great Dunkin, but the last couple months they've become considerably worse. Drive thru line is typically slow and quite a wait, and once you get your items there probably wrong. The inside of the building has not been kept clean since the start of the pandemic and it's beginning to show. Your much better off driving to the next Dunkin or better yet the sip and dip across the street

This is stop #1 once we leave work headquarters with our marching orders. Very rarely if ever do me and the guys even have to recite our order, we visit so often the whole staff already knows what we want, not only is that great service it also shows and extreme amount of respect and consideration for the customer. Keep up the great work ladies
