A must if you're a lover of seafood, the specials board alone is amazing and an excellent standard menu as well. Friendly knowledgeable staff who give details on all the dishes, really I wish I had a week there to try some more of the menu!

Best fish I have had in a very long time.
You expect a place with 'fish' I'm it's name to be good at creating fish dishes, but here they excel.
The food was that fresh, and good, the table next to is asked for more.
The service was excellent, especially when we let them know we needed a speedy service, so we could catch the ferry back to the mainland.
Even the non-fish dishes were very good, my friends enjoyed their chicken very much.
They have a specials board to die for, I will most definitely be back next time I am in Tobermory.

The fish stew is absolutely exceptional. Tomatoey, plenty of olive oil, salty, bursting with flavour. Mussels, queenies, salmon, haddock and probably more I can't remember.
The scallops were large, perfectly cooked and came with enough accompaniments to make it a filling meal. Again, amazing.
Cafe Fish, top marks for you! Your food is delicious.
Point for improvement, you should accept card payments.

Some of the very best food I have ever tasted. Inventive dishes, beautifully cooked and immaculately presented. An informal, friendly atmosphere with excellent service only adds to an overall wonderful experience. Cooking at the very top level.

Wonderful breakfast place.
They do vegetarian and vegan Scottish breakfast (no square sausage), haggis version is different but still nice to eat.

Cafe Fish is my favourite restaurant on Mull. The Roast Shellfish Platter is to die for, seriously the best shellfish I have ever had.
There are plenty of specials written up off menu, I had the scallops which were epic, full flavour and well cooked.
Service was brilliant, friendly, efficient yet laid back; the server was helpful to explain how to best eat all the shellfish and we felt well looked after.
A reservation is definitely recommend.

The most amazing seafood platter I’ve ever seen! Absolutely speechless when the shared portion was presented to us. The staff are amazing too, would highly highly recommend if you’re in Tobermory.

Very nice place to eat. It’s sits right on the harbor and they have a huge seafood menu. I ordered the skate wing fish, which was on the specials menu, and it was absolutely delicious. The desert was wonderful as well. Keep in mind that they accept cash only; no credit cards. But there is an ATM right up the block if you need it. I should also mention that they have outdoor seating, so you can enjoy your dinner while trying to spot some dolphins.

It was a great first night in Tobermory. I had a langosteen special (Portuguese style) and seafood bisque. The staff were very friendly, and food was great. I was offered a try of the squat lobster, which I'd never seen before, and really enjoyed all my dishes. You could tell from the bisque they put a lot of love/time into the dishes. If I were local this would be a regular date night spot for me.
