I am highly disappointed this happened twice in less than a month. 3 weeks back, I had similar experience and had to write a review about food not being right to what I ordered. Again today, I placed an order through mobile for 6 piece bone-in wings with mild sauce. The representative said 1 hour. So went around 8:15pm, location seemed to be very busy. They gave me my order named “krish” and it is written as such on the cover as well. So, I didn’t check what’s inside. I got home to see the items inside are infact not wings but a salad. Got annoyed as I ordered wings and got salad. I am not even bothered calling again and asking why this happened. So my order has two covers one for raunch dressing that had my name “krish” and other box salad but had different order name. I am just not understanding why this keeps happening and yet I keep ordering from this location. You can see what I meant from the picture below.

It was too busy on Friday. It took 1 hour 15 minutes to get this dishes. More cooks should be hired.

Unfortunately the worst experience I have had here. Service was very slow and noticed alot of employees that just appeared to be standing around and looking at cell phones. It took roughly about an hour to get an order of 20 boneless wings and a burger and fries. The food at least tasted good once we got our food we were forgotten about till our waitress brought our bill no asking if we needed anything else, no drink refill nothing. Very sad experience and on Father's Day to boot and the place was not that busy at all as it was about 830 p.m.

Wait staff was pleasant, food was out in a timely manner! Wish the chain overall would do a menu refresh, something unique. Overall a good experience with my kiddos

Our food came out cold all 5 of our. When my son got his nachos the second time there was almost nothing on them. Just chips the waitress apologize for food being cold. No one came out to talk to us. Not one. The manager didn't come out to talk to us, to apologize nothing. Didn't even to offer to try to fix it.

One of the best bdubs experiences I've had in a long time. Compared to some other bdubs this one has it going well. Service was great, food was hot, wings were sizeable and the beer was cold. Bathrooms were clean and you could tell this franchisee appeared to care about the place.
