We come regularly with family and are usually served by the lovely Jo. Again we were again tonight along side another young lovely waitress. Upon ordering I was disappointed to find sour cream was taken off the menu, and you could no longer have blue cheese dip with the chicken wings or steak (please bring this back) also the only steak sauce available was peppercorn, there should be more options. The steaks come and my kids was ordered rare but was served medium, the kids didn't mind, mine however was overcooked aswell the new one was lovely. I wasn't happy with the portion sizes of the prawns, £4.99 for two prawns is extortionate! This review is no reflection of the waitresses, they were brilliant as always and always happy to help!

At the end of the day it's a Beefeater so the food is what you would expect and except for such a place. Atmosphere? Again ok, it's corporate but it's clean and well kept. The service was great, nice staff, attentive and pleasant. One of the better establishments of this type I've been in.

We (party of 4 adults) went to Hilden Manor last evening Saturday 14th October 2023 it was a really busy night the restaurant was totally full ( Helped along by Oktoberfest? ) There appeared to be very few staff on duty who were all rushed off their feet ! However they were all absolutely amazing!! They managed to keep their sense of humour and professionalism to the max They got the orders spot on and the food was great ! I would certainly recommend Hilden Manor and like to say a big thank you to the staff both front of house and kitchen 10/10

Excellent meals and drinks for 5 people, unfortunately understaffed on a pretty full Wednesday evening and could have done with one or two more, not their fault. Would have given 5 stars if we were able to be tended to quicker.

When I came in, I’m a regular customer, the lady at the welcome desk told me or asked me if I made a reservation? I said no, she told me to make an reservation in the future she just had 7 people walked in and she will not allow me in in future if I don’t make a reservation? There were 6 tables who had people on one with the 7 very loud people but mostly doubles. Her name is Bekkie. I am never in a hurry, I always enjoyed my time spend here on my day off. I don’t think I feel comfortable to come here again. Also you got a new menu today so I was a bit lost but loved the food I ordered.

Went to the Hilden Manor on 13th September, at lunchtime, only one person on duty so service was really slow, to be fair she was working really hard to try and keep everyone happy, but we did not stay for a desert as it would have taken ages to come. Have to say that the service seems to be generally slow whenever we come here, another time our food had arrived way before any drinks order turned up again because they were short staffed, we also witnessed people waiting at the door to come in for ages because no one went over to see them in.

Just been for a meal here, service was amazing, extremely polite staff, great manners. Lovely atmosphere not too busy. Steak was great. Only bad thing was the chips arent nice and food was abit pricey. But otherwise great. Will definitely return and recommend to others!

They was very busy and said we will have a wait for food but it all come out piping hot and not a long wait at all. Great value for money and friendly staff
