I love cafe Nero in Tonbridge. The coffee is always made properly, it tastes great and to my liking. The staff there is always friendly, attentive and welcoming. In short - I love coming back there for my coffee ☕️ I think the team there is what makes it special.

Tonbridge has plenty of coffee shops, but this is our favourite, with friendly staff, subdued lighting for a peaceful atmosphere, and reliably excellent coffee and snacks. It has longer hours than the others, and is dog friendly.

Always great coffee and prompt service. Relaxed atmosphere, comfy chairs, perfect for that early morning business meeting or catching up with friends. Free WiFi as well. Good selection of cake, pastries and sandwiches. Store opens early so perfect for grabbing a coffee on the way to the railway station.

There is good coffee here and the place has comfortable seating and a selection of cakes etc. However, like other branches it seems to have a problem with air conditioning. It is often on full even in cold weather. Some branches, not this one, even have the door, or worse, doors, propped open. They should realise that customers expect comfort, not just coffee.

The staff are really nice and polite and the service is very fast. I ordered an Earl Grey tea and it was exstreamly good. The atmosphere was nice and happy and calm in there and you where able to do work in the cafe if you wished to. Personally, I recommend Nero to everyone.

Usual Nero, good coffee and decent food. Service relatively quick but person ignored me at the start and was more interested in talking to one of her colleagues, range than the customer in front of her. After that though it was fine. Not very busy when I went there (3 in afternoon) but must fill up at other times.
