Service is always super fast, exactly what you need from a train station cafe. Staff are nice too, very efficient. Cold drinks aren't the best, but hot are good 👍

I once had my train arriving early, in the middle of me ordering a hot chocolate. I urged the lovely lady to make it faster, and I was almost about to go without it, but she made it really quickly with no fuss and I am really grateful for her for doing that.

This is a great coffee shop. The staff are friendly and more importantly if you tell them your train is about to leave they always make sure you get your coffee on time!

Lovely Akter served us while we were waiting for the London bridge train. Her service was marvelous and excellent attitude. She builds a great acumen of customer requirement is at top notch.

The staff here are brilliant, a few years ago I wouldn’t have got a coffee here as the service was NEVER with a smile BUT Simona has a smile for everyone and really makes the shop a happy place to go! Also Lovely who works there is just that. Great atmosphere, Thankyou 💕
