We visited the royal Windsor restaurant Carvery and tearoom this morning, I took my daughter and her friend as they had never been before.
I chose to have a full English breakfast with a couple of extra items which was cooked to perfection and well presented, the bacon was the best I’ve ever tasted.
My daughter and friend opted for a breakfast baguette and a toastie which again were very nicely presented, the toastie came with a side salad and crisp fantastic value for money and they commented very tasteful.
The service cleanliness and atmosphere here is outstanding.
Well worth a visit, highly recommended.
What a gem of a place. Found on our last day of holidays sadly otherwise we would of used it alot more. Owners are so friendly and menu was really big lots to choose. Presentation was 5 stars and hygiene was 5 stars food was perfectly cooked. Spotless place toilet looked like it just came out the showroo. Will definitely be re visiting next year.
If we never got turned away from Angels Tea Room, we would never of found this jewel in the crown of Torquay.
After a long day of exploring Torquay, I thought I would treat my partner to one of the best afternoon tea’s I’ve had and I’ve been fortunate to have afternoon tea in some say the best in the business.
From the word go, my partner and myself where treated with great hospitality and a warm welcome to The Royal Windsor Tea Room. They couldn’t do enough for us, gave us space and time to read the detailed menu when we needed it, asked if we needed anything more when it was the right time to ask. When the food was brought to the table, everything was fresh and well presented. Freshly baked scones and a good range of delicious cakes where on offer. Overall great value for money for the quality of food that was served.
A great business within the community and I wish them all the best for the future.
I had a full English breakfast here the other day and it was delicious. Everyrhing fresh and cooked to perfection . I am very fussy about my bacon being very well cooked and they listened and it was spot on. Some cafe's just cook it and send it out and i cant eat it. Lovely orange just and fresh coffee to acompany it. Well done guys...and your place is spotless too....thank you😁
Decided to try this little restaurant in babbacombe and what a lovely place it is very quirky and relaxing.. very welcoming staff . Really enjoyed our breakfast so many good things on the menu so definitely have to go back.. see you soon
What I can say but boy oh boy delicious!
£5.50 for a full English, coffee, oj and toast. All cooked fresh and so tasty, not cheap food but real quality.
The gentleman who looked after us was outstanding and the attention to detail from the decor to the presentation of our food was exemplary.
This is what you would call a bench mark for other similar business to look at and take note!

Very Pleasant Place excellent staff cream teas excellent. I’ve been a chef for over 15 years and there Lemmon drizzal cake the best I’ve ever had. Def will come again and see you. Keep up the great work guys. Thank you
Highly recommend, The service was excellent as always with loads of different things to choose from. The food was really nice and a lovely atmosphere. We are never disappointed when we visit and will be returning soon.
