Wow, have driven past this restaurant on many occasions, but have never had anyone locally recommend it, so never thought to investigate. Go investigate it has a way better arancini than The Ivy in Exeter. Ambience - think trattoria , it's a lot bigger than it looks from the street.

Went for a birthday meal with my girlfriend.. on Wednesday 20th of Nov. Was greeted by a lovely young lady who was very polite and friendly. The restaurant was very clean and cosy.. The waitress looked after us throughout our whole meal... we had starters and mains which were apsalootly delicious

Friendly but not pushy service of impeccably cooked food. I had a prawn and pea risotto. The prawns were massive and meaty, crisp and tasty. Philip had saltimbocca, again beautifully cooked. Don't leave it late to eat...they close at 21.00 for a well earned rest.

Quite possibly the finest Italian restaurant in the south west. Been to many over the years this has been the best we have ever been to by far. Staff lovely, food reasonably priced and great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back you can bet on it!
