A little hidden gem of a cafe. Lovely big windows for a sea view, even in terrible weather. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere and a great place for a cup of tea. Plenty of comfortable solo seating

Great place for shopping or refreshments. Cafe is overlooking the harbour, staff are excellent, friendly, professional and very helpful. I have never experienced so many great staff in one store before! Highly recommended.

The cafe a great place to enjoy the view from a good vantage point away from the weather.
A couple of negative points. 1/ regarding the cleanliness of the cutlery. Why would the kitchen staff wrap items of cutlery in a napkin when there were pieces of food from previous meals still stuck on them ?
2/ very weak teabags, disappointing.
3/ black coffee, luke warm

Amazing customer service from Sarah Prowse with a returned faulty handbag. Sarah located a replacement from another store and promptly sent it to my home address . I don’t live locally but next time I am back in Torquay I know where I will be shopping !! Thank you

My husband and I went to the restaurant today and the lady serving had the best customer service I have encountered in a long time. She was being friendly to another customer snd I commented to my husband how professional she was. I had to write a review to give credit to the hard working staff.
