We come to Costa every week but we simply had to leave a review this time. My friend spilled most of her drink, and when she asked for something to clean it up with, Ruby kindly cleaned it up for us. She also offered to make my friend a new drink for free. Such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and really hope Ruby gets some recognition or reward for this.
staff are always nice in here and make great coffee- had a great oat flat white. thanks guys!
I spilled most of my drink and a server named ruby was very considerate, cleaning the table, asking if I spilled on myself and then gave me a free drink! Incredibly sweet and welcoming <3 I come here every week and always have a nice time but ruby was above and beyond :)))
Don't need to say much about Costa Costa. Over priced but delicious staff was amazing and very helpful.

Brilliant service lady named jo was very polite and helpful even though they were short staffed. Nothing was too much trouble. They even brought food to our table. Much better than abbey sands which is very noisy and can’t even get toast at breakfast time. If you want good service go to the Costa at top of union street
Great visit to Costa today. Staff were friendly, the place was clean and toilets were well kept.
Not the worst Costa Coffee in the world. Tea is £2.10 which can either be small or large.
