The customer service here from Liam and Shirley was phenomenal, simply on another level, nothing was too much, from Liam checking with the kitchen about specifics on the pizza to accommodate my fiancées needs, to Shirley arranging for us to takeaway a free pizza because some things were missing off her pizza as new menu and new chef, the quality of the food was outstanding, great portion size of crispy prawns starter will definitely be back, great menu better staff 5 🌟
This is a very relaxed atmosphere on a Sunday lunch time.

We booked in advance on their website, it gives you got long bookings which was s but right for us as we are carvery and pudding and arrived 10 minutes early. You can however extend your booking time at the point of booking.
The staff were all so friendly. We used the order and pay system through the phone and service was very swift, you can specify if you want ice in your drink.
The carvery had 4 choices of meat, even scratching, which I haven't seen anywhere before.
The child's carvery was enough for my 13 year old.
The puddings were good and were a little too much I think for us, but not huge portions.

The food was amazing, I ate everything on my plate which is rare for me when it comes to a carvery.

Had a fabulous carvery with the family. Our compliments to Jamie, the chef, for an excellent cauliflower cheese. The best I've had for absolutely ages. Will definitely go back, thoroughly recommend
One of our regular places to come for food or just a drink. Always friendly and welcoming staff who are happy to help. Breakfasts (buffet style) are a family favourite, such good value and taste great. The burgers and pizzas are a firm favourite too! A highly recommended family friendly pub
We came today as a last minute decision due to the rain. We had a really warm welcome from a lady called Shirley. We had a lovely carvery and my son had a chicken burger, which came out from the kitchen fast and hot. Shirley was friendly and attentive and offered us drinks after our meal. The food would've been 5 stars also but the mint sauce was not to my liking, watery and tasted of vinegar.
We visited Willow Tree this evening. Great food, quick and efficient service especially Shirley who can’t do enough to help and with a big welcoming smile on her face!! Brilliant staff as always. Would totally recommend! We visit pretty regularly and never have any problems! The only problems we’ve ever had is when busy and food items out of stock but we have always been offered a refund AND an alternative dessert!
Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time, hot, good choice and very tasty. Well worth the price. Tom’s a really good chef. Meg who served us was very professional and friendly. Only place to get food from now on.
Shirley helped me today with my burger. It came with sauce that I didn't like. I am only 11yrs old so didn't want to say, but she noticed me trying to wipe it out and came over to ask if I was ok. She then went and got me a new bun with no sauce. I think she is the best worker. Also my food was yummy and my brother let me have his chocolate brownie was really good.
Nice quiet atmosphere. The food was delicious, direct quote from OH -"That's the best calzone I've had". We both had the Carvery Calzone and it was lovely! Hot and delicious. We were served by Megan who couldn't have been nicer and made it a truly pleasant visit. Will definitely be coming back!
Danni the chef was excellent in customer service. She seemed busy and to be fair we were kept waiting longer than necessary without anyone saying ‘just a minute , putting some fresh food out for you and will be right with you’ that would have been better than standing there for about 8 minutes without anyone dating anything BUT after that the service was excellent and friendly from these particular staff Danni, Shirley and Og. They were so helpful, friendly and accommodating I felt I had to mention what a difference their service made to our experience!
Good selection of meats and good portion size. Very attentive staff without being over bearing especially Karen who initially served us at the bar & also checked in with us during the meal. Great all round.
We were greeted by friendly staff and made very welcome. Ordering was easy using the QR code at the table. The Carvery Calzone is a taste sensation I recommend it to anyone.
Every Sunday we come the food is always amazing.
When arriving at the restaurant you are greeted with a lovely and friendly lady called Shirley she is very helpful and welcoming. Such a nice woman :) she always goes above and beyond to help anyone :D
First time here excellent food loved the Carvery and sticky toffee pudding too. Fantastic staff I was an Air Hostess and the staff here are more than welcoming? Service best I have ever seen . Thank you all for my fantastic lunch. Will be back
We’ve been in a couple of times in the last 2 weeks the staff are always very helpful and smiley. The food is lovely the pizzas are really good with thin bases a favourite of mine 😊 if you have the stuffed crust they’re a bit thicker my partner had the carvery which he said was great and my grandkids loved the burgers and the help yourself ice cream is always a winner 🏆 last but not least the baked cheesecake is awesome and the chocolate fudge cake with cream could feed an army, winning ! 🤣
