The Willow Tree Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery

The customer service here from Liam and Shirley was phenomenal, simply on another level, nothing was too much, from Liam checking with the kitchen about specifics on the pizza to accommodate my fiancées needs, to Shirley arranging for us to takeaway a free pizza because some things were missing off her pizza as new menu and new chef, the quality of the food was outstanding, great portion size of crispy prawns starter will definitely be back, great menu better staff 5 🌟

Shirley helped me today with my burger. It came with sauce that I didn't like. I am only 11yrs old so didn't want to say, but she noticed me trying to wipe it out and came over to ask if I was ok. She then went and got me a new bun with no sauce. I think she is the best worker. Also my food was yummy and my brother let me have his chocolate brownie was really good.

We came today as a last minute decision due to the rain. We had a really warm welcome from a lady called Shirley. We had a lovely carvery and my son had a chicken burger, which came out from the kitchen fast and hot. Shirley was friendly and attentive and offered us drinks after our meal. The food would've been 5 stars also but the mint sauce was not to my liking, watery and tasted of vinegar.

Danni the chef was excellent in customer service. She seemed busy and to be fair we were kept waiting longer than necessary without anyone saying ‘just a minute , putting some fresh food out for you and will be right with you’ that would have been better than standing there for about 8 minutes without anyone dating anything BUT after that the service was excellent and friendly from these particular staff Danni, Shirley and Og. They were so helpful, friendly and accommodating I felt I had to mention what a difference their service made to our experience!

We visited Willow Tree this evening. Great food, quick and efficient service especially Shirley who can’t do enough to help and with a big welcoming smile on her face!! Brilliant staff as always. Would totally recommend! We visit pretty regularly and never have any problems! The only problems we’ve ever had is when busy and food items out of stock but we have always been offered a refund AND an alternative dessert!
