Cute little cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. A delicious selection of cakes, good coffee and friendly staff. Located on one of the main streets in Torquay, parking can be challenging as busy street. An easy walk to the front beach.

Fantastic coffee. Went there twice in one day the coffee was that good.
A little slow, but they were busy with only one barista on. But worth the wait.

You’d never know it was meant to be a friendly beach town cafe by the scowls on the faces of the staff at Dolce. The coffee would also be a bit better without the serving of pretension with every order. There is clearly a reason there’s a queue of people willing to wait at neighbouring Belle’s Bakery and plenty of empty seating at Dolce. Smile - it doesn’t take much!

I stopped by here for a quick refreshment before my evening walk on the way back from study and wasn't disappointed. The cakes and desserts served here are among the finest I've eaten and the milkshakes are to die for... Okay, don't actually die after drinking them, that would be bad. But still, good milkshakes. Good everything, really. Hurry up and go there.

Poor service: No hello, no thank you, no smile. Everyone waits patiently outside without indications how the service works (should we wait inside to get serve or out), people annoyed leave; not wearing a mask: we've asked ice-cream in a cone we've got in a cup with a cone inside the cup and through at you with no care ( and really what's the point to have the bottom of your cone in the ice-cream?); AND found a beautiful hair of the "lovely" man after in my ice-cream. I wish to support locals but really...

Great coffee, but a disappointing customer service experience with staff being arrogant . Our order took 45mins for two coffees & cake. NO VERBAL APOLOGY.
