Wow, such a lovely place here. Very sweet and warm-hearted people. The coffee, hot chocolate, and homemade cakes were delicious (so delicious that we took 2 extra pieces with us for the road 🤭). There are gluten-free and vegan options available. Even the dogs got a homemade treat. They also have some nice local items for sale. Definitely worth a visit 🫶🏼 Indra & Thibaud

We stumbled across this wonderful tearoom on a long drive and what a pleasure it was! Such friendly service, especially towards our dog. Kind and thoughtful staff with incredible soups and a wide range of homemade cakes. Eco friendly and worth the drive. Thank you so much!

What a lovely spot! Came back from a hike cold and tired and I couldn’t image a more perfect place to wind down than Amy’s. The chicken soup and hot chocolate totally hit the spot, as did the incredible view. Great vibes and great people, absolutely recommend.

We stopped here to get a cake, cappuccino and an chai latte. All were great and the lemon cake with elderberry flour was tremendous. The owner mentioned to us that the cakes are made by his wife Amy who was there by his side. They were a sweet couple and I HIGHLY recommend stopping by here for a quick snack. The views are also tremendous, surrounded by lakes and mountains! For those stopping by with a motorhome, you have to park outside of the gate in a space that fits 2 motorhomes at best. Don't pull in the parking lot as I made the mistake doing then having to back out and almost ending in a ditch. Learn from my almost mistake. 😀

Quiet area with beautiful views. A bright cafe with a selection of homemade cakes and bake trays, there are glutenfree and vegan options for foods and drinks. It includes a gift shop with local artists crafts and souvenirs from Isle of Skye. The owners are very friendly and you can see into the baking area where Alisons magic happens. Definitely worth a stop and you have to come at the right time because parking spaces and seats are limited.

Lovely tea room with a delicious selection of cakes. An excellent addition to your sightseeing trips on Skye. Lovely people run this shop and it is well worth the visit. Stunning views from the picnic tables outside!

We popped in for some coffee and cake as we had been alerted to this gem of a place by others who had visited Skye. The place is cosy with outside seating to take in the breathtaking views but on the morning we visited it was raining and dull so thankfully we were early and got seated. The selection of cakes was fantastic and it was very nice to see that people with intolerance to certain ingredients were also catered for. All the cakes are home made and are beautiful, both in appearance and taste with a great variety to choose from. If you’re visiting Skye then take the time to pop into this friendly wee cafe and gift shop, we’ll certainly be back again!

Stumbled upon Amy's after taking a wee drive in the rain when visiting Skye and we were not disappointed. We got coffee and cakes. The selection of cakes was amazing. We got the blueberry, lemon and lavender and the flavours were spot on. Highly recommend taking the time to visit as the staff were also lovely.

Known Alison & Mark for a very long time, but never been fortunate enough to get myself to Skye. But this year was different & on my way round the coast I ventured onto the Isle. While there I did sample what must now be world famous) a slice of Alison's cakes, absolutely spoilt for choice, but went for the biscoff…..washed down with a perfectly made latte. This place is an absolute gem & if you ever find yourself on Skye, make yourself a promise & visit Amy's Place, it will not disappoint.

Such a special place. We had several cakes, coffee and cheese cake, all were absolutely delicious! Amy’s place has such a lovely feel to it and the most beautiful views. The staff were so friendly too. Thank you and we can’t wait to be back next time we stay in Elgol!
