This is a fabulous, destination restaurant. The food was delicious, all locally sourced and complimented by the Sharpham wine. A beautiful setting too with lovely friendly staff. I would highly recommended.

The food was glorious & well presented. I have a nut allergy and they adapted the recipe to suit my requirements. Highly recommend.
The food is so great here. And the view of the river is one of the best in Devon. It’s a hidden gem. There’s also a great place to sit in the shade of the walnut trees.

I had the whipped Sharpham goats curd with beetroot, walnuts and mint. Please see attached photo. Delicious.

An excellent cafe in what is unquestionably mesmerising scenery! We had a selection of starters because they all looked so good, and I was really impressed with the quality of the food. The wine, of course, is delicious and the cheese is stuff of dreams. It’s hard to believe all the food is made under the outdoor marquee because it’s fine dining restaurant quality! Dog friendly, too.
Lovely walk along the river Dart from Totnes and a great reward waiting at Sharpham vineyard. Lunch was excellent and washed down with good quality wine. Followed by a leisurely walk back to Totnes to catch the train home.
