I visited today during a busy lunchtime - the lady behind the counter managed to sort me out with a fresh sandwich with no mayo and no butter - great service making a fresh sandwich when so busy! sandwich was great as well

It's just your typical Greggs, they had my usual choice of a vegan sausage roll. The only issue was that it was cold.

What an amazing atmosphere in this shop possibly one of the best Greggs I’ve been to (and I frequent a few) Staff always happy ready to serve in the most attentive way. Even the manager who was very busy at the time took 5 minutes to help set up my app for me. Very organised and well run always a great range of choice no matter what time of day I go. Hats off to you Greggs Totton
