Visited today for lunch, our waitress Mel was lovely and the food was fantastic as usual. Feel safe eating here for gluten free food.

The food and service here were one of the best pizza express experiences that I've had, having been to a number of them around the UK. All of the waiting staff were really friendly and attentive.
After a wait in a queue to be seated (as to be expected on a busy Saturday night) everything after being seated was very efficient. It was quite noisy in general due to it being in a busy shopping centre but that didn't spoil anything.
It was topped off with a lovely Happy Birthday message for my friend when she ordered her dessert with a few extra little goodies/toppings included. Really lovely touch. I would definitely visit again!

We had the pleasure of having Mel as our waitress tonight. What a lovely lovely woman! She made us feel so welcome and looked after. She was patient while we decided what we wanted and really made an effort with the kids, made them feel super special. We also mentioned it was our anniversary, at the end she brought over a special little anniversary brownie treat to wish us a happy anniversary! We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Mel x
