Quick coffee fix when I went with mates. Got takeout as I was buzzing all over the place and my mates wanted to go sit elsewhere.

Not the greatest Costa I have visited! Service was ok, and the coffee was good. However I had a cinnamon brioche, I had to send the first one back because it was to stale to eat. This was replaced, the replacement wasn’t much better!

It was wonderful time spent in this branch with lovely staff

The person serving was very friendly and chatty but the other one seemed unhappy at where I had sat but instead of asking me to move glared at me and gutted several times but there was nothing saying you couldn't sit there and she could've indicated somewhere more suitable if required. I was nowhere near anyone else so that wasnt the issue. Lovely coffee and brownie. Never experienced any issues here before

Social distancing and hygiene was perfect. Although it's upstairs the elevator takes me and my wheelchair straight upto the counter. The staff were very polite and had a smile on their face which I think always help when dealing with the public.
