My wife and I brought a cinnamon pretzel and Nutella pretzel bites. Cost us a total of £11.90. This branch was pretty busy, so took a while for them to take our order as we had to wait in a queue. We were told it might take about 6 mins for our order to be prepared. But in actual fact only took 2 or 3 mins. I could see the 3 staff on shift working very hard. The portion size was appropriate for what we paid (for Trafford Centre). And the pretzels were tasty. However, I still think the outlet Auntie Anne's Pretzels (in Liverpool One) are much much softer and tastier.
Love the fresh pretzels. The queue is always ridiculously long but it's worth it. The nutella and cinnamon sugar topping is delicious!
I am glad that I don't live too close to the TC because I'd be having these pretzel bites every single day (and it would be the sweet, sweet death of me!) They are so delicious - I've only ordered the pretzel bites with cinnamon sugar and chocolate sauce, as it is just the perfect combination. We get a bag to share every time we come, and it is a highlight of the day 🥨
Best desert pretzels o will say and my boys can't get enough of the jot sweet options. Yes they do a savoury option which I am yet to try as I can't help it with the classic cinnamon and chocolate coated flavours.

The pretzel bites here are lush! Freshly cooked and piping hot. I went for 2 bags. One of cinnamon and one of buttered salted. Buttered salted are definitely my favourite! The sample size pictured is not indicative of the actual portion. I just ate too many before I remembered to take a photo!
Love getting a Mr Pretzel so much! I love my white chocolate and sprinkles! Some staff members are much more friendlier than others but honestly can’t fault any of them. Pretty sad at the moment as whenever I’ve gone to get one the small but sweet shop is always seems to be closed! :(
Once again another really nice prezel from the amazing staff here. Very busy store but always time to recommend something, see the customer is happy and I wasnt expecting this but the friendly polish guy who realised I didnt have a loyalty card presented me with one and signed off for my last two visits which is attention to detail. Tried his recommendation a parmesan topped prezel which was filling 🥨🧀
This place is a godsend after being dragged around shopping ! Cinnamon bites are to die for, always piping hot and the only medicine for them tired aching legs from shopping ! (Trafford centre)
But I have to say the service from Justyna is the icing on the cake. Always happy, fantastic rapport with the customers ( second time being served by her this month ), excellent service and always has two mins to wish me good luck getting the kids to sleep despite being rushed off her feet. 😂

An assortment of soft & very fluffy pretzels and pretzel bites with a variety of toppings. It’s worth every penny.
This places is awesome. Some of the best soft pretzels I have ever had. My personal favourite would be the cinnamon pretzels as they are soft and have a brilliantly savory sweet flavour and taste. The only bad thing about this is that the items are a bit overpriced. I believe if it was £1 cheaper it would be one of, if not the best, UK soft pretzel store.
