The pretzels are incredibly soft and fluffy. I chose the classic salty option, which was amazing. However, I need to ask for less salt next time, as it’s quite strong, though still very tasty. I would recommend them to anyone.

The pretzels themselves are really tasty, however two things let this store down. One is that they’ve changed the Nutella dips to those small takeaway little packet things so you end up getting a lot less and it just looks tacky. Secondly the staff, although polite enough while serving you, seem absolutely miserable otherwise.
