Always enjoy their cod and chips. Fish always fresh with light tasty batter. Chips good with crispy outside, creamy inside and lots of little crunchy bits. Looking forward to next time!

Server was a bit grumpy and owner never smiled or welcomed anyone but the food speaks volumes.

This is my favourite fish and chip shop! Much prefer this to Berkhamsted fish bar which people rave about. It's worth the extra drive for me. This is one of the best chip shop iv been to in a long time, large fish & chips with mushy peas , if you had to cache the fish yourself it would take you an hour , genius portions and this is a understment. Proper chips to , this chip shop work hard to provide the finish product.

This is among the best fish and chip shops I know. It is run by a Turkish family and the give you a huge portion for your money. They have all the traditional items you would expect in a great chippy. They also include a salad with each item which sounds strange but is actually really nice and refreshing. The shop gets extremely busy so expect a reasonable wait. Some items such as scampi need to be cooked fresh so allow extra for this. Some of the staff do not have good English and are hard to understand. Next to a large car park with 1 hour free parking so very convenient.
