Nice shop. Loads of options, our favourite was the cherry which had a good flavour & tasted very natural.🍒🍒🍒 Got my mum some nougat as well for a wee present which is her favourite. Near the beach too.

Visited on a very hot Sunday in Troon have been before and was returning ice cream lovely good choices and not expensive staff polite and friendly will be back for sure

Very good ice cream and a large menu full of goodies. Close to Troon beach which is a bonus for a nice walk along the coast. We will be back again when down around that area.

What an awesome place to go for ice cream. As a treat and that it was easter the week before I got half an easter egg with toffee fudge ice cream, malteaser sprinkles and milk chocolate sauce. The ice cream was beautifully made and had fudge pieces through it 😋. Will definetly be back! 👍🏻

Popped in for some sorbet just before Christmas. The selection is incredible and the staff could not have been more helpful. I bought way more than I intended including Blood Orange and Pink Grapefruit sorbet and Prosecco sorbet which had just been made. The blood orange one is truly amazing. Their ice cream selection is fantastic too.

We were recommended this shop by family when we visited Troon and we're not disappointed (we visited 3 times in 5 days). The ice cream was incredible and there were a good range of options that changes day to day. They have a good range of cones including gluten free as well as a range of tubs. They also have a selection of sweets and treats available of which the tablet is not only very good but also a very good price. Overall the shop is incredible and the prices are amazing considering the quality and range available. Would absolutely recommend if you are in Troon and would even suggest visiting if you are in the area.

We had the pleasure of using The Ice Cream Factory for our wedding. We had use of their ice cream cart, sweetie cart and also their chocolate fountain.
From the very beginning we knew we’d made an excellent choice, Daniella’s help with choosing our flavours and having the ice cream tasting was an amazing experience in itself!
Their ice cream is delicious and there are so many choices including what I believe went down a treat with many mango and Prosecco flavour. If children are attending your wedding (adults can enjoy too) the sweetie cart and chocolate fountain are excellent additions. I would highly recommend The Ice Cream Factory for any wedding, the carts look fantastic and the staff were so friendly and well organised.

Had some friends who are vegan and as we were in Troon they asked if they could get some ice cream. They raved about the biscotti vegan ice cream. For the non vegans amongst us there was a good selection of flavours and decent portion sizes. We'll worth a visit

Amazing ice cream. Some unique flavours like cinnamon and a sorbet choice. Different cone options some Dipped in sprinkles or chocolate and even Gluten free cones! Great little Sunday cups for the kids to take away.
Service was terrific, friendly and with a smile. Can't wait to go back on my next visit to Troon.
