Pauline was a joy this morning . Training on the counter she was confronted by me and my confusing technique of ordering. Despite saying three different things repeatedly, Pauline was able to work out my order and prepare it unfazed ... She even brought our hot chocolates to our side of the counter! Gave us a great start to the day
Very busy shop. Food and drinks are good and reasonable price. Staff very chatty which is nice but makes service slow. Seen staff helping struggling customers to seats which is nice to see. Parking is on main street so difficult if you intend just picking up. Plenty of seats inside.
Troon branch staff are lovely, the savory food was warm and piping hot and the seating area was air conditioned (welcome break from the 30⁰ heat 🥵) …
