My go to fit an Indian take away. The food is always first class and of a high quality.
Please, though, under no circumstances, don't reduce the amount of meat/chicken in each dish. I have felt that's been done twice.

Restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived so it was nice and relaxed. I ordered a King Prawn Majadar which was absolutely delicious and my friend ordered a Special Roshoni Chicken Hawaii. We both had peshwari naan. All was cooked to perfection. I asked for mine less hot with extra sauce which was what I received. Nothing was too much trouble.
Would definitely recommend this restaurant. The food is amazing.

We have been coming to Tale of Spice for several years and it remains our favourite Indian restaurant in the Trowbridge / BOA area. Their Ostrich Pathia and Chicken Dopiaza can be particularly highly recommended. The meat is always tender and succulent and we have never been disappointed with a meal here. On occasions they have also adapted menu items for us - e.g. to exclude onions.
Added to that is the warm, personal service we receive from the owners and staff, which always makes our evenings here so enjoyable.

We popped in without a reservation and, thankfully, they were kind enough to serve us! I had the best Chicken Tikka Masala I have ever had, here, and I try it everywhere I go from California to London. Naim was so kind and served us the best! The Chana Masala, Aloo Gobi, and Naan we had were also super tasty! I highly recommend Tale of Spice!

We decided to go to this restaurant as the reviews were ok and we weren't disappointed. The food was lovely we had poppadoms with spicy chutney, onion's and dips, chilli chicken, chicken jalfrezi, vegetable rice and garlic naan. It wasn't hot just a warm. The staff were nice but we worked hard to make some of them smile as they seemed a bit fed up, they work hard and we appreciate that very much. Thank you 🙂
