I tend to stop in as part of my sons Monday routine.
He has a hot chocolate with whipped cream. They often ask if they can cool it down for him so he doesn't gulp it HOT.
Very compassionate staff.

I love this place. The store us always clean and tidy. The staff are always so polite and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and great vegan options for my husband. So good I very often also have a nut blend drink.

Nice products, friendly staff, but wow be prepared for a large bill. Will have to think about further visits due to economical climate. Essentials more important than coffee and cakes.

Almost perfect! Lovely environment, really impressed with the warmth and staff very friendly. Price is a bit high though & cleaning not perfect but in general highly recommended and will most likely be my favourite for the area.

Clean, spacious, welcoming and warm service - quick and quality coffee with lots of room to sit inside across two floors and to be able to charge phones/laptops etc... also the outside seating area is a fantastic suntrap when compared to its close rival across the street (Costa)

An absolutely fab Starbucks!
The staff were really friendly, the pumpkin cookies were gorgeous and their pumpkin spice latte and pumpkin spice frappuccino were outstanding! Definitely one of the best Starbucks I've visited.

Not had many Starbucks but the ones I've had I like, I always gravitate to trying their teas, I'll slowly make my way through the menu and try new things. Staff is friendly in there, quick to get your order done and ready for you.

I've been a Starbucks customer for 15+ years and always found UK outlets in general lack the sort of charm & personal touches one sees in the US for example... But NOT this one!
The team & Charlie in particular are brilliant with customers. Their love of customers & fun spirits have really transformed the place. Keep up the good work, guys!
