Delicious! Sean was wonderfully helpful, friendly and we absolutely enjoyed his passion for South Africa and recommending tasty dishes. Beef curry was so yummy and Malva pudding has quickly risen as one of my favourite desserts! See you again soon 🎊

Called in on a day out in Truro. We were searching for somewhere to eat, and quite by luck we came across Chorleys. We looked at the menu outside, and were drawn in by that and the amazing aromas wafting out. Three of us each had a different burger, and shared some peri peri fries, which had a lovely kick to them, and the crispiest onion rings we’ve ever tasted. The food was of the highest quality, and the gentleman serving us was extremely polite and good at his job. We explained that one of our group had a dairy allergy, which was no problem and the cheese on that persons burger was exchanged for a dairy free alternative. We are visiting Cornwall again in a few weeks, and will travel down to Truro from Bude to eat there again.

Absolutely outstanding food. Ordered a burger and dirty fries as a monthly cheat meal and my word, I regret being on a diet! By far the best in Truro. Excellent quality food, fantastically cooked. 10/10!

It was nice to find this South African restaurant in the middle of Cornwall. Because we are South African ex-pats, we found wors a bit too skinny and dry. Otherwise, the other food such as beef bunny chow was lovely.

Fantastic place, small but well run and organised. Without a booking we were greeted and welcomed. Shane explained the menu and checked on us during the meal. We watched him happily greet people, and fit patrons in where he could. The food, wow. Just perfect. We wish we had more time in Truro to try more menu items. Terrific casual spot, give them a try.

African themed restaurant not far from Truro Carhedral. Varied menu and takeout availability, the ribs were excellent. The restaurant is small, so would suggest booking in advance.

First time at Chorley's and South African food. The Veggie option was really moorish and the mutton curry was amazing. A good choice in desserts as well. Great atmosphere and very helpful and friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

Wonderful relaxing atmosphere, excellent service. Small restaurant but well spaced out. The food was amazing, I am not a big fan of spicy food, but this had plenty of choices for everyone, and the waitress was highly knowledgeable about the choices on offer. I had a traditional african curry to try new things, which I found was very tasty and different. My husband had the vegetarian bean bunny chow, which was awesome, half a loaf filled with curry! He loves spicy food and he was very impressed. The desserts were to die for, I had the mint tart which was sort of a firm caramel cheesecake on a biscuit base drizzled with caramel sauce and covered with mint chocolate shavings. Delicious! I observed others having a sharing platter of ribs and chicken and all sorts, and it looked fantastic. A really different experience with the African cuisine and definitely somewhere we would go again as we wish to sample more of their menu.
