I love this tiny cafe! I used to eat at Flourish when it was in the building which is now part of the Hall for Cornwall. I am so glad they found a new little premises which suits them. The food is fantastic (best sausage rolls ever! The salads and quiches are gorgeous), service always with a smile, and friendly atmosphere. It is tiny, so a bit of a squeeze!

First time visiting Flourish. We had plans to go elsewhere but they were closed…glad they were because we found Flourish 🤩
Quaint little cafe, lovely staff, couldn’t believe how cheap the food was! I had avocado on 2 sourdough topped with 2 poached eggs which came to £7! I’ve paid over £11+ for this at other places 👏🏻 the bread was so delicious and the avocado was super fresh. My friend had a halloumi & avocado May bagel which I think was £5.50!
Highly recommend Flourish and I will be back!

Excellent find off the main shopping area. Well worth seeking out. Plenty of filling in sandwiches, good prices and very pleasant ladies running the cafe. Surprising extra seating upstairs. Will definitely use again when in the area. Quite busy with people also buying food to take out and lots of locals in there

I've been having lunch here and in their previous venue, every so often for many years. They are really welcoming. I usually opt for the quiche and salad, but their sandwiches and sausage rolls are also very good.

I’d give this cafe ten stars if I could! Excellent food with an exceptional selection of innovative salads and some delicious cakes. We bought quiche which came with a very generous helping of each of their mixed salads, way better than the rather tired handful of lettuce leaves and tomato slices usually offered elsewhere.
It’s set back from Kings Street about 10-15 yards along the Tonkins Ope alley. There’s space for dining in but it fills up quickly at peak times.

A small, welcoming cafe for those who like their coffee in something a little more quirky & intimate than the usual chains. The coffee and freshly made/cooked bacon & egg sandwiches were spot on. We will definitely be going there again 😊

Lovely little cafe tucked away from view, just seconds from the shops. This cafe is recommended, we had a couple of toasted sandwiches and pots of tea and the food, drinks and price were fantastic. The staff are very friendly too. I never knew it was there and found it last night on here whilst researching places to eat.

I come here regularly for lunch with my colleagues. Always really beautiful food with plenty of delicious gluten free options. It's my favourite place to go in Truro. I had the stew yesterday which was made for autumn and it was absolutely beautiful.
Coffee and cakes are also amazing. Highly recommend! A hidden gem in Truro.

If you want amazing baked cakes that are made with perfection, i would look no further. I first got the peanut butter banana cake and it cant be made better. It is perfectly moist. Then i couldnt resist to take the raspberry cake to go as well, which is perfect for the summer. Happy. Also must mention dog friendly so nice to bring your furry friend. The staff is very nice as well. The only issue with this place is too many amazing choices.

Had an amazing Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows along with a raspberry and apricot cake. I must admit the cake was lovely one of the best I've had in awhile especially in Truro. The hot chocolate had a lovely strong taste as well unlike this big chains where they are all milked down. Now that I know the cafe is here I will be visiting more often 5/5 for me and I hardly write reviews but this cafe needed one. Only issue is it is tucked away you kind of walk past it which is sad :(

Great little cafe find today in Truro. If you haven't been you need to. All homemade cakes about 10 to choose from and lovely quiche and salad again all amazing. Great value to.
