After initially being told the restaurant was not serving by one of the waiters my wife and I walked on with our children. The manager literally chased us down the street and apologised on behalf of his waiter and . He invited us back to his restaurant and proceeded to give us the best service we have received in the UK.
The food was good and cooked to our preference with no questions. The manner of the staff with our children was brilliant and we felt very comfortable the whole time.
The previous negative review I can see for this restaurant must be a staff issue and this is obviously an area the management need to address. Sadly one member of staff can sour an experience for all.
In conclusion: truly great service, good food, warm welcome, clean environment.

Can't understand the bad reviews for this place. We had a lovely meal here last month. Food was great, waiter was friendly, our experience was a good one.
One of the best places ot eat in Truro. It has a great range of italian dishes and always a friendly service. Its a spacious setting and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere for a romantic evening meal.
I will definitely be returning.

Great experince Antonio (Do apologise if I spell the name wrong) was brilliant made me feel like I was in Italy with my Girlfriend.
