Had a fantastic sit down coffee. Order at the counter, served by very friendly and enthusiastic staff. Lots of sitting space, including high chairs with power outlets to do some work. Staff is also very knowledgeable regarding coffee types and blends.
They also have a loyalty app that is worth it.

Lovely coffee, comfortable seats. Although a short standing queue to order there were plenty of places to sit, coffee was great with good options including decaf and toilet on the same floor. Plenty of space for disabled access into the cafe and dogs allowed.

There's a nice quiet, peaceful feel to Cafe Nero - quite different from Costa. Its cosy and restful, the coffee is always good as is the variety of food.

Great place to eat solo or with friends
I had toasted teacake a decaf iced cappuccino, which was delicious!
It was served in a glass tumbler, and I looked amazing with sprinkles!!
The barista brought my teacake over when it was ready, so I didn't have to stand around waiting at the counter
The shop was clean and tidy, staff were cleaning as customers were leaving
It was nice to see staff having the time and professional ethos to maintain a clean and healthy environment
I used the bathroom. It was clean and tidy and all on one level, so easy access
I would highly recommend nero over another leading high street coffee provider

the staff some some reason thought was too hot and put air-conditioned at 10 degrees.... was a good reason to leave. Caffe Nero provide a good quality of coffee however since last few years I see a real deterioration of the comfort of the places, it's all durthy (I mean flors, windows, the chair's and sofas are naked) overall the image is much worse

I went in for a takeaway coffee and there were 8 people in front of me, BUT the female Barista cleared the queue in less than 5 mins !! She was amazingly fast and efficient. Well done Neros . Thank you.

Friendly, customer service is brilliant. They kindly carried my drinks over due to having a disability. The only downfall is there was a lady who changed their baby's nappy on the table. ( Possibly have a baby changing area in toilet). Everyone looked but didn't comment. Is that just me or modern life( yes I'm 25 ). Plus it did put me off having food 😂. All in all I'll still meet friends and it hasn't put me off.

The staff really makes this place a cut above. They are always warm and welcoming and ready to serve. I'm a regular customer, stopping almost every day before work and I'm always greeted with a smile. They are a great reflection on their manager, Collette. The company should treat this as their model shop! This is our go-to spot for coffee in the southwest.
