Great little cafe, really nice staff, even allows pets inside which is really nice if the weather is bad, my favourite thing about this cafe is, rather then just giving you your toast with your English breakfast, they also give you a little cup with some marmalade, which I think is a really nice touch, you would never get this treatment in London, so if your in town, definitely check out this cafe.

I had a full English fry up here and it was perfect. A real proper "Old Skool" café that still serves good home cooked food and owned by real people that feed you well unlike many of the typical franchises that have no soul and process their customers faster than they do their food! Next time I visit Truro I'm coming here to fill my belly!

We have been here for breakfast and coffee. Really good food and very reasonable pricing. Love the service and the friendly staff. Definitely worth going in there for the local vibe, the great English breakfast, and no fuss coffee!!

Legend has it, the full English breakfast dates back as far as the 13th century. During its long history as the flagship of British cuisine, there have been many additions and variations- each with their own regional relevance. One addition in particular is an injustice to the humble baked bean… the ramekin. The ramekin serves a purpose for the fussy eaters that like a yard of unoccupied territory between the beans and other ingredients. The beans (often a meagre portion) are left to rapidly cool in a porcelain prison. Unlike so many that have fallen victim to the gentrification of the Full English, Three Rivers Café serve their beans piping hot… and on the plate! Legends! Top notch runny egg, banging sausage and bacon. And the marmalade on toast to start was a welcome classic. Very friendly staff and a cracking breakfast that doesn’t break the bank!

From the outside, you might well walk past this hidden gem of a cafe, but I'm so pleased that we were recommend to try this cafe for breakfast today. The food was really good, reasonably priced and we were pleased with the service and the speed of the food being served. This is obviously a place that locals meet, and we can see why! Close to the bus station in the heart of Truro city, this is an ideal cafe to go to if you want tasty food without spending a fortune. Wel will definitely be back!

Great breakfast. Good view of bus bay from window. Very tired interior but clean and fast service. Reasonably priced. No music or radio playing. Will go back again.

This was just what the Dr ordered! It is a very traditional British cafe perfect for a very competitively priced breakfast. Had the Full English comes with toast buttered to the edges and Marmalade. I liked that they also gave an additional knife so not to contaminate the breakfast with Marmalade. The breakfast itself was not greasy. The egg was runny, the bacon tasty and not over salty. The whole thing was very good value for money. It is not a trendy place it is a traditional cafe, very clean and tidy, and the staff are lovely. I will certainly be going here again to set me up for a day's shopping or a hangover cure. Looking at the menu, they have an array of British traditional standards on there at very, very reasonable prices. If as good as the breakfast you won't be disappointed.
