First time in Tunstall. Spent a long while in the Costa there, and this has to be the busiest Costa I have ever been in.
Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Toilet was clean and the tables were wiped regularly.
Comfortable couple of hours catching up with my sister in a lively atmosphere.

Called in for coffee. Staff were lovely. Very warm day but air con not working also lights were flickering constantly which was very distracting.

Brilliant service from a smiling professional young lady. Restaurant was fully geared up for social distancing and was clean and bright. All food displays were well stocked. Track and trace was being adhered to throughout our visit. Top job and as usual sensational coffee

Friendly staff and the usual high standard Costa Coffee. Just popped in again and had a delicious Raspberry and Almond bake with a Latte. Very good.
I visited again. This Costa has maintained its high standards. The staff are well trained and attentive.
Service was quick and efficient.
The food and drink on offer is of the highest order.
The coffee house was clean and well maintained. The toilets were spotless.

Pretty nice Costa. Friendly staff as usual. Well done Costa for hiring great staff. Based at the corner of the Tunstall retail park this Costa is a great place to go and relax after some heavy shopping. A few minus points here as it was very busy today and I think the staff were a little overwhelmed as some of the empty tables still had empty mugs etc. All that aside though made for a very satisfying visit. Keep up the good work!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Myself and my daughter and 20 month old grand daughter met and the mess little one created was incredible but the staff smiled throughout, providing serviettes on demand. Wonderful xxx

The hard flooring makes this outlet feel cleaner than other locations that are carpeted. The corner location and high ceiling make it feel light and airy. Most of all, the staff are well motivated Android welcoming. We had a soya latte and an iced cappuccino decaf. We were hot and tired - it was very refreshing 😄

Always very accommodating for my drink changes. Really friendly staff I go once a week every week. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my coffee. The points card is a bonus as well. Prices are good for what you get

I go here a lot with mum who's disabled and in a wheelchair. The staff are excellent and always bring our coffees and food to the table for us and give mum a extra teabag for a strong cup of tea. Somehow even though we in a shopping centre it's nice to sit outside and watch the shoppers go by lol!!
