Food was good and well priced. Kids had a great menu and were well taken care of. Service could do with being a bit better but it wasn't bad enough to be a deal breaker.

I ordered a few things, everything was very fresh and delicious. I was happy with the service. Woule definitely reccomend it.
Only con about this place was the furnishing, it needs replacement. The sofa I sat on was essentially broken.

Popped in for a quick bite. Part of a chain. Used a voucher 40% off food. Had a delicious thin crispy spicy pizza with N'duja (spicy spreadible salami from the Calabrian region in Italy) Beautifully cooked. Staff were great. Very tentative. Ambient atmosphere. Very pleasant. Very reasonable with the voucher.

Attentive and friendly staff in a good sized and well designed restaurant with quality food. Not particularly cheap but also rarely disappointing. Wine is surprisingly affordable. Gets a bit crazy on rugby days. Big windows that are open onto the street in summer.

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Zizzis in Twickenham! The food was delicious, however the highlight of the restaurant is the service. All the waiters and waitresses were friendly, helpful and attentive, especially Beata. Despite being a table of 16, she was very patient and happy to help - a real credit to the restaurant. Thank you for a great evening!

I like the atmosphere of this branch. The Manager and Beata especially are very friendly and prompt, and make eating here a very relaxed and pleasant experience, even if the menu in itself is pretty standard Italian-inspired fare. But the personality of the members of staff make the visit always enjoyable.

Pros : lovely atmosphere, good Italian food, amazing desserts, don't miss the tiramasu and hot chocolate , good well trained staff and always with a pleasant smile to lighten up the place<br/><br/>Cons : can't think of any , just that they are part of a chain and I am not a big fan of chain restaurants coz they tend to lose the charm when they spread across town sacrificing quality for quantity <br/><br/>On a chilly cold night we came out to have a quick dinner and after finishing our dinner, we were just on our way to head back to our room and call it a night and right then we passed in front of this place right next to the road and I was immediately attracted to the amazing vibe, it was buzzing with activity on a chilly night and i immediately my tummy grumbled and I heard it as desserts !!! <br/><br/>We went inside this place and luckily managed to get a table. We ordered some tiramasu and a cup of hot chocolate. The tiramasu was pure bliss and I was immediately taken to another world savoring the lovely combination of the dessert!!! No wonder desserts are considered a perfect antidote for stress !!! And from that I have been a fan of this place and the amazing tiramasu they serve. The hot chocolate was also good served in a fancy glass I just loved the drink , it was a deliciously content end to the night. <br/><br/>I have been to this place a couple of times and got a chance to try their pizza, which was done decently with a generous amount of Cheese spread across the pizza !!! <br/><br/>Drool factor ? The tiramasu is amazing and worth drooling over, the hot chocolate is equally sinful ;) <br/>Hole in the pocket? It's decently priced for the place and food they offer<br/>

I popped in here for a late weekend lunch on the spur of the moment. It serves good value Italian food. They also had a good gluten-free menu for my friend which was an added bonus. Service was attentive and friendly.
