Fat Boys Thai Restaurant

Highly recommended! We have just returned from our Valentine's day dinner and we had a lovely time! They serve delicious freshly cooked Thai food. We had Seafood Pad Cha and Pad Kee Mao with some coconut rise and lemongrass tea. Their traditional Thai decor combined with ambient lighting, candles and relaxing music created a cosy atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and the added touch of a red rose, which I received as a gift, just made the evening! This was our second visit and we will be definitely back for more! Anya and Karol

Wow, we ate here last night and the food was so great! I can recommend the beef massaman curry. The staff were also really attentive and friendly. The one thing that lets this place down a bit are the table and chairs, which don’t give off a Thai restaurant vibe - it doesn’t really bother me, but I feel like it could put people off from trying this place or from taking friends there, which would be a real shame!

I love this place. The food is great. I used to get it delivered from deliveroo, but for some reason it has stopped appearing as an available restaurant ( I spoke to the restaurant and they have no idea why deliveroo aren't delivering to my post code any more). I now go down to collect (20 mins walk each way), because the food is so worth it. I have tried other Thai restaurants on deliveroo in the area and Fat Boys is far superior. Now I go into the restaurant I have met the staff. They are lovely and friendly. All the food I have tried, including Pad Priew Wan with chicken, chicken satay, coconut rice, prawns tempura and thai fishcakes. Highly recommended! No longer showing up on my deliveroo which is disappointing.
