Went whilst it has been hot. It was sweltering in the restaurant. Took a while for order to be taken but food Came out in okay time. Burgers are definitely best part of menu. I had the brisket burnt ends and barely any sauce was on it which was a shame. Nice chips and nice coleslaw.

Had a lovely lunch with the family. Kids were very happy with their smoothies, huge burger and mac n' cheese. The Blue's Burger was cooked perfectly. The best burger I have had in ages.

Visiting family in Twickenham, we walked past the Palm Grill and checked the menu. Menu had lots of choice and very reasonably priced. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Service was quick and food amazing. Very child friendly restaurant. Unfortunately we are only visiting Twickenham or we would definitely be regular diners.

The food was very nice, everything that was supposed to be hot was hot and cold, cold etc. The service was very slow but it appeared as the waitress was new. Overall no issues at all, the price was average for Twickenham at the moment. I will go again to make up my mind fully. Watch for an update.....

Popped in last weekend for the first time since they took over the Blues Smokehouse. Got to say I think they have improved on the Blue's burgers, as he Smokey Blue Burger I had was great! My wife really liked the pulled pork bun, and kids loved their burgers. Will be back again to try the ribs next time.

We were passing and decided to pop in (4 adults and 2 kids) and were made very welcome. The food was great - burgers and the steak and chicken salad for me but unexpectedly the wine was excellent. Will definitely go again

This location (previously Blues Smokehouse) hadn’t ever seemed particularly busy on weeknights so I was a bit apprehensive to try it, but the opportunity came up so I thought I’d give it a go. I wasn’t disappointed - the burger I had (the default Palm burger with added brisket) was absolutely delicious and cooked to a pink medium rare perfection. The Bun was a non-brioche soft roll that had a bit of a leathery feel to it, but went very well nonetheless. My friend who dined with me had the chicken fajitas which arrived sizzling but perhaps covered in a little too much sauce. We also shared some Mac and Cheese balls. Very nice and crisp with the only downside being that the serving is for an odd amount. No-one likes to share the last Mac and Cheese ball! We didn’t have dessert, not only because I was full, but because the only non-chocolate dessert was ice cream, which is a bit boring. Service was great, very consistent and our food was served quite quickly. The decor of the place is very light wood with quite low ambient lighting. A few booths available for those who prefer a bit of privacy, and a swinging chair for those who... prefer to gently rock while they’re eating, I guess? I hope this place survives a decent time; I’m looking forward to going back!

Five of us went as a Birthday meal, we all had different things and they were all lovely, well presented and good value. It was mid week so fairly quiet but the service was great and friendly. As one of the newest in Twickenham and good Menu well worth a visit and we will be going back soon.
