I love Maximum Diner for their toffee daim sundaes, they have consistent quality and is my go to order. My son enjoyed his first ice cream float and the other desserts were all hits. The service was great and my kids were given a lollipop each as we left which was a well received gesture.

Food and staff good but found tables very cramped and fixed to floor... not ideal for the larger 'person'

We liked it. Don't expect a Michelin star restaurant meal and you'll be fine. Took the family for a quick bite of food. Staff were welcoming and friendly. From the choices we ordered, the kebab was the best. I would go again.

Yum. Fantastic food for a reasonable price and lovely staff. The menu is extensive and has a surprisingly large amount of vegetarian options for a fry up diner. In short, if I could eat here every day for every meal, I would.

Try the steak, fresh from Bishop's Butcher, Uckfield. Great price. Or try the full breakfast if you dare. It is a maximum meal.
