Food was absolutely gorgeous! Tried Pir Palace for the first time today with my partner and father in law, and Hazel couldn't have been more accomodating the service was lovely and it was the perfect atmosphere for a quiet Sunday meal , for someone who has never ate an Indian curry before I have got to say it was beyond 10 /10 , it's my father in laws favourite inidian restaurant will definitely be back 😀 ❤

We had an amazing experience yesterday at Pir Palace. The food was delicious, and we could taste it was being made with fresh ingredients and attention. The menu is quite large, but the friendly staff helpt us make a good decision based on our preferences. Would definitely recommend!!

My family and I have been dining out and - more recently during COVID lockdown, even more often than usual ordering carry outs at and from this restaurant since 1994.
In our experience, the food at the Pir Palace is always tasty, well cooked and with a beautifully blended multi layered palate. Last night was no exception!

This place is superb, I’ve tried lots of Indian food and this is without a doubt the best. I wasted so much money going to MR Chef in uddingston. So glad I’ve found this place. The staff are dead nice as well which helps.

Eaten here for 25yrs now and never been disappointed. Food is fresh and potions are plenty. Great prices in comparison to the surrounding restaurants in the town where you need a mortgage for a 3 course meal. Hazel is very helpful and friendly. Place is a wee gem and popular for many reasons.

I tried a takeaway here for the first time as I’m not from Uddingston. Ordered chicken vindaloo, mushroom rice and an onion spiced naan. The food was delicious. The curry was one of the best I have had so far- possibly the best. I’ll be making a 25 minute trip for another soon.

First time back here in years - this time for a takeaway. The staff here are really friendly, waiting time was short, and food piping hot. I had a spicy mushroom poori - just right; then a Lamb Bhoona with a nan bread. Great tasting and a good portion. I'll be using here for takeaways again!

Back to our local Indian for a sit down meal and it was superb. Use the Pir regularly for carry out however always good to sit in. Proper traditional curry house with excellent food and service. Hazel has the team working very well and we will be back. 10/10.

Living in Birmingham I have visited many restaurants serving Indian food. I have to say this one is on a par with the best I have visited. Very fresh and tasty food and excellent service from Hazel!! She has 24 yrs loyal service and knows everything on the menu. If in doubt....ask Hazel!!! Very friendly atmosphere and prompt service. Although quite dated decor, the food and service certainly makes up for it. Highly recommend a visit.

This is a nice family run Indian restaurant : Very reasonably priced , the food is very tasty, not too overpowering , good sized portions, good choice .. pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for a leisurely meal , but its the staff that make this place they are friendly, helpful and cheery Best service i have had in a long time in a restaurant. We have been loads of times and when we took friends , they were most impressed . TRY IT YOU'LL LIKE IT .. i have bought another voucher today :)
