Great food and atmosphere, squeezed us in last minute on a Saturday afternoon. Big portions (fish and chips) and they were absolutely delicious. Great service too, seemed very busy so staff were running around a bit but all were warm, welcoming and attentive. Never had bad food from this place it's always really good.
Our first ever visit, a lovely restaurant with great food at reasonable prices, staff were superb. Our party had sharing starters, lasagne, gammon and the mix your own combo. All came well presented and were tasty. Will we return......absolutely!
Ate one of the best beef roast dinners, at a great price, that I've ever had.
The food was delicious and piping hot. Beef done to a turn with plenty of vegetables, served separately, and Yorkshire pudding too.
The staff are fantastic. Standards are high all round. I intend to return ASAP.
My partner & I booked, at very short notice 1 night's b&b in August 23. The staff could not be anymore welcoming and accommodating. Evening meal and breakfast were lovely. Bedroom was very nicely presented, very clean with a powerful shower. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great lunch. I can recommend the pie and mash plus the apple and blackberry crumble with custard. All the other members of my party really enjoyed their meals too.

Stacey was an absolute star throughout all our visits and the management need to keep hold of her as she is a real asset to the business always friendly and helpful and great at sharing her knowledge on places to visit as it was our first time in the area, even helped us source a local taxi company
