Arch Inn Restaurant

Great hotel and pub! Stayed for one night as a group of motorcycles touring the NC. Very welcoming, staff are helpful and attentive and the pub had great live music and a great atmosphere. The rooms were excellent, clean and comfortable, spacious and contained all the facilities you could want. Great location too, right on the water front. Didn't take many photos sadly!

Great location, clean, warm with a nice bar. When we stayed the dining room was closed and would have been great to know beforehand as by the time we were told most of the restaurants in town were booked out. Breakfast was quite good, croissants were warm and crispy and fruit salad was extra fresh and tasty. Overall very happy with the stay and the proximity to the ferry loading car park was a big bonus as well.

We sort of wound up here after several other options were fully booked- on a rainy October weekday. (Tables were available only early in the eve.) But turned out to have a fine meal, moderately priced, with quick service. Nice vibe etc. The gluten free fish and chips especially was terrific. But the moral of the story- you need to book ahead in out-of-the-way seeming Ullapool.

Probably one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. A pretty big room with and en suite bathroom. The pub downstairs has great food and drinks, and lots of locals. Breakfast the next morning is also great with super friendly staff. Location is especially good if you need to get on the ferry, but a great location for a beautiful view and a nice walk around town as well. The parking is minimal and if you're American and driving a larger car pretty hard to manage- but just park a few blocks away, it's a lovely walk and a great town.
