Had a lovely meal here last night
I chose grilled skate which was cooked absolutely perfectly, such a large piece of fish it was delicious, as were the chips

Great fish and chips restaurant located just outside the train station. Service was friendly, fast and efficient. Salt and Vinegar is self serving which I personally prefer as I get control but I imagine that they would do it for you if you asked.
Card Payment requires minimum £5 which is how much you would probably spend on average but be warned that a large chips is £4.80 - just short of the card minimum.

Well cooked fish by and chips. The batter was nice and crispy and not greasy. The fish was very fresh and flaked perfectly. Chips were amazing as well and not squashed up. Picked up and drove home and it had kept its taste and freshness. Best chippy I've had in a while.

So it was great. Beautiful people, very good food, cleanliness and lots of smiles. We will definitely come back, to taste other types of food.

I really liked this fish bar. Service was great. Food was great and the atmosphere perfect for a family (couples seemed to be having a good time as well). Clean and friendly. The waiter really did charm our group. We shall be back soon.

we usually have a takeaway from here but tried the sit down this time , we had a superb dinning experience last night , the young waiter was absolutely brilliant , very helpful , polite and a true professional . highly recommend the restaurant and the takeaway too .
